                         Meeting Youth Where They Are...

                    Employment & Shadowing Opportunity Guidelines
*Except for shadowing All youth performing a job will be at least 16 years of age
*All jobs must be scheduled between 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., except for weekends
*Employer makes donation equal to minimum wage or by the job rate
*Employer is given a tax receipt for job donation 
*All earnings per job go to youth performing the work
*All jobs/shadowing must be supervised by Good Sports - USA Mentor or Volunteer
*Job must not involve any work with electrical equipment
*Employer must provide all tools or equipment for the job
